Accreditations and Expertise
Maira has worked in HR management for 17 years both as a generalist and in business partnering and specialist roles in her home country of Kazakhstan. She has experience working in Central Europe as well as globally. Maira holds a University Degree from Kazakh State University of World Languages and an MSc in People and Organisational Development from University of Sussex and Roffey Park Institute, UK. She is a certified coach (ILM 7 level), received a first in Relational Dynamics from Lancaster, UK and is a certified facilitator for High Performing Teams. She is a certified LeaderShape facilitator.
Business Experience
Maira’s experience includes supporting partnering with internal clients (leadership teams and associates) in FMCG (Philip Morris), Banking (BTA Group), and Pharma (Novartis) industries on key people processes like Employee Relations, Performance Management, Succession Planning & Follow up, Development, Reward, Organisational Design, Change and Culture.
Maira also has experience of programme and project management in Talent Management and Organisational Development, such as supporting or leading global TM or OD related projects for her client groups and global functions (coaching & mentoring programs, career management, engagement, organisational health surveys and more.)
