Since our founding in 2003, LeaderShape Global has been a research-based innovator in leadership development, incorporating developments in neuroscience alongside the work of recognised experts in the field of leadership.

What is Transpersonal Leadership?
Transpersonal Leadership is a process through which leaders work beyond their own ego, building authentic relationships, acting ethically and creating environments where people and organisations can flourish.
It combines personal authenticity with a commitment to the greater good, enabling sustainable success for individuals, organisations and society.
Transpersonal Leaders operate beyond their ego, continuing personal development and learning. They are radical, ethical and authentic while emotionally intelligent and caring.
They are able to:

We are expanding the reach of Transpersonal Leadership globally through our international network of accredited faculty, leadership programmes and coach development – creating a growing community of leaders and coaches equipped to bring Transpersonal Leadership into their organisations and communities.

Our accredited faculty delivers leadership programmes and coach mentoring across an expanding international network, supporting leaders to develop the awareness, values and behaviours needed to lead effectively in an increasingly complex world.

Transpersonal Leadership Coach Programme
We train experienced coaches to become accredited Transpersonal Leadership Coaches, enabling them to bring the principles and practices of Transpersonal Leadership into their own coaching work.
Accredited through the ICF, the programme follows a blended approach to suit different learning styles. It is delivered remotely and welcomes participants from around the world, including independent coaches and in-house corporate coaches.
