LEIPA® IS A LEADERSHIP EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE PERFORMANCE ACCELERATOR
The LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation enables coaches to use a critical development tool for both emotional intelligence and leadership as well as gaining a thorough understanding of the transpersonal approach to emotional intelligence and leadership styles.

Uniquely, measures actual vs desired frequency of observation for EI associated behaviours and correlates them against leadership styles.

Compares the individual’s EI and habitual leadership styles with those that will be most valuable in their role.

Pinpoints specific behaviours to develop or change for performance improvement and provides a clear action plan.

Using best practice in a 360 format, it is culturally neutral, and can be used in any organisational context or geography.
HOW TO BECOME A LEIPA® FACILITATOR?
COMPLETE THE ACCREDITATION PROGRAMME (20 HOURS LEARNING) WHICH INCLUDES:
- Working in triads as candidate/coach/observer to practice facilitating the LEIPA® process and provide client feedback (observed by tutor), via video conference.
- Completing your own LEIPA®.
- Online ALIVE© interactive learning courses with reflective exercises and feedback.
- Tutor led group workshop video conference ALIVE© calls.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
LEIPA® FACILITATOR ACCREDITATION (20 CCEUs)
(10 weeks, 20 hours total time commitment)
DELIVERING LEIPA®
As the final task for course completion, each LEIPA® facilitator will be expected to deliver one LEIPA® to a client. To ensure each new facilitator feels confident to deliver the feedback to their ‘guinea pig’ client, they will be prepped via a dry run with the Course Tutor or shadowed by a LeaderShape Global Director.
After their feedback session, the client will be provided with a survey link to give their feedback on their LEIPA experience. Once this has been done, the new LEIPA facilitator will then be awarded their Certificate and e-Badge.
This first “guinea pig” LEIPA that you undertake as a facilitator with a client, under supervision, as part of the training programme, is considered as satisfying the minimum requirements in the first year.
To keep your accreditation valid, we assess that you will need to deliver a minimum number of 3 x LEIPA the year following your accreditation.

COSTS
LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation Programme (10 weeks): UK £1,300 (ca. US$1,700 / €1,550)
This cost is for payment in full.
For payment by instalment the total cost of the programme will be £1400 ((ca. US$1,800 / €1,650, and will be charged as four payments split across the duration of the course: 1 x £200 (deposit), 3 x £400 payments.
