Michiko is a Director and Councillor at The Japan Foundation of Entrepreneurship (JFE), LeaderShape’s Tokyo-based Japanese Partner, which was established in 2013. She is a master trainer, facilitator and executive coach and has been fundamental for the JFE in the delivery of over 300 seminars, the training of over 100 facilitators/coaches and in providing programs to more than 500 entrepreneurs and business owners. With over 27 years of experience Michiko has worked with clients from a wide range of industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, accounting and consulting. Her particular focus is on executive coaching, running entrepreneurial leadership seminars and providing support for businesses, worldwide.
