Indira has 20 years of experience in human resource management. She has a PhD in chemical science and has also completed a MBA degree at KIMEP.
Indira has worked as head of HR in both international and local companies in the fields of FMCG, banking and mining and oil field services.
The main projects developed and implemented by Indira are the communication of new strategy, talent management, compensation and benefits system, leadership assessment development and also the development of effective human resource management function.
For several years she also was responsible for Corporate Affairs in the Kazakhstan affiliate of a large FMCG company working on industry position protection, social responsibility and company re-branding.
Currently Indira also works on the development of business strategies for commercial companies in Kazakhstan - building a team of high-caliber experts and aligning the project work.
