Accreditations and Expertise
Daniela has a Communication Science degree with corporate and business specialisations. She is a LeaderShape accredited Facilitator. In 2013,Daniela trained as a Coach with the Advanced Coach Academy, ACTP Program covering more than 100 hours of training and coaching practice. She continued her professional development with advanced levels of Group-Team Coaching and Sport Coaching, in the Life Coach Italy Academy and is working towards obtaining the ICF ACCCredential. Daniela is a member and voluntary worker for the International Coach Federation, Italian Chapter, in events and training areas. Working in her own business, she undertakes projects with different companies as coach and trainer and collaborates with Life Coach Italy across a range of leadership and business development areas. She has developed and delivered workshops regarding future job trends, covering topics such as Smartworking e-Co-working and looking at how coaching can facilitate a positive cultural change. Leadership, diversity management, career and wellness are her main areas of interest. She strongly believes in the value of the team and authenticity as a guiding principle.
Her thesis “Microgestures in selling: about visual text in advertising communication” has been published in the academic book: “Metodologie della ricerca linguistica italiana”, M.Catricalà, Eucos edition, Rome, 2005.
Daniela has gained significant experience in multinational companies over many years. She began her business career in sales and trade marketing with Philip Morris International, Italian affiliate. She then spent the next 12 years there in recruiting and training, communication, retail strategies and consumer intelligence; for 5 years she was a national key account supervisor in charge of travel and petrol channel key clients (ENI, Exxon, Shell, Dufry, TotalErg, Airest, Chef Express and Ferrital).
