LeaderShape uses face-to-face Masterclasses wherever appropriate, to build on to the key information transfer from the ALIVE© Prep, in our blended learning approach. Working together in a group provides a valuable social and emotional connection that contributes strongly to embedded learning. It helps create cohesiveness and build a sense of community in the learning cohorts and enables a learning culture to emerge.
A highly INTERACTIVE approach is taken, using a variety of exercises to suit the topic and engage different learning preferences. These may include a range of activities, for example: small group break out discussions, group or team games, drawing or mindfulness exercises designed to engage and create lasting insights for participants.
